About Our Virginia Beach Lawn Care Service
Sean’s Lawns is owned and operated by Virginia Beach local Sean Doherty and his sons Jake and James. Jake helps out when home on break from Liberty University, and his younger brother James specializes in leaf removal.
Sean started the business in 2024 following a major health incident that affected his brain. While he is now healthy and physically fit, Sean has been unable to return to the job he had before the accident, so he channeled his love of lawn care into Sean’s Lawns to support his family and local community.
Giving Back to the Community
Sean believes in giving back to his Virgina Beach neighbors, particularly single mothers and the senior population, and he regularly provides two free lawn cuts per month to help this demographic. Sean also believes in offering affordable pricing for all residents, and provides custom scheduling and same-day appointments to meet all your lawn care needs.
